How your order gets to you, how long it usually takes and what it costs.
How orders ship
Products ship directly from our partner suppliers by standard parcel service. Items in one order may arrive in separate packages. You'll receive tracking by email once your order ships.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays) before being handed to the supplier.
Estimated delivery
Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days after processing, subject to supplier confirmation. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Carrier delays, weather and peak seasons can add time.
Rates
Flat-rate shipping is $5.99 per order, shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay.
All prices and charges are in USD (US Dollars).

We do not currently ship internationally unless listed above.
Lost or damaged packages
If tracking shows no movement for an extended period or your item arrives damaged, contact customer support with your order number and photos. We'll work with the supplier on a replacement or refund.
