Cancellation window
You can cancel Add your cancellation window in Owner admin.
How to cancel
Contact customer service with your order number as soon as possible. If the order hasn't been sent to the supplier, we'll cancel it and issue a full refund.
After shipping
Once an order has shipped it can't be cancelled, but you can return it under our Returns policy.
